Cicaplast Hands

cicplast

I’ve just conducted an unoffical survey of my friends and have come to the conclusion that we all spend a lot of our loot and time on our faces and neglect our hands and feet.

Out skin is a living breathing organ.  Our hands do our housework, look after our children, type our emails, make our food, use our phone and can be used as a communication tool.  With this in mind we really need to look after our paws.

Using a bland moisturizer regularly along with a soap substitute to wash is vital in maintaining healthy hands.  If hands are particularly dry its a good tip to smother them in moisturizer and cover with cotton gloves before bedtime

I was involved with the lauch of the cicaplast product from La Roche Posay and now those clever people have developed the product into a 50ml hand cream you can keep in your handbag.  It doesnt contain any nasty preservatives and has 30% glycerine.  After 4 weeks use clinical trials have shown that 90% of participants found that their hands were less dry.

Thanks to you Selene my face is sorted getting younger by the day but putting my hands near my face you would think I was getting Botox my hands are so dry and old . Not from lack of using hand creams . ! Your hands alone can make you look old .
