Dermablend Corrective Stick

I’m continuing my admiration for all things Dermablend by telling you all about the Dermablend corrective stick.   This product promises to deliver instant coverage of severe colour flaws with a no mask effect.

Due to a recent house move this purse friendly device became my best friend at hiding shadows under my eyes and covering up stress acne. Its layerable and even has an SPF 30.  For major coverage use along with Dermablend foundation and powder.  This combination is invaluable particularly if your out and about all day (weddings races etc.)

Available from all pharmacies who supply Vichy x

Would love the corrective stick would be perfect to hide the shadows under my tired eyes

    • Hi Cathriona,
Its great for covering up shadows. Also try Redermic C from La Roche Posay. Vitamin C is probably one of the most important ingrediants for anti ageing in our skin care products. This reduces shadows over time.

  6. Hi Selene, im using various cover up and concealer my acne but i find most of them clump and make it look more obvious aroumd my nose.. is there anything i should do? X

    • Hi Angela,
First of all get the base as correct as you can. Im a fan of the cleanance range by Avene. Make sure you use an appropriate moisturiser such as cleance K. It smooths and evens skin as well as treating acne. Once your base is on apply foundation (dermablend). Make sure you get the colour match right. This is vital as if the colour is too dark for you it will actually make the acne look more visable. The girls on the vichy counters are excellant at colour matching. This stick is great as you can gradually build the amount of coverage up as much as you need. Dont forget to play up features like the eyes and the lips to distract attention away from problem skin areas. x
